Last chance: Help deliver democracy to your community

The AEC is today calling on local residents to put their hand up, earn some money and ensure the polling place in their town can open on election day.

Polling places in areas of regional Western Australia, Queensland and South Australia still need staff and it’s not too late.

The AEC is pulling out all the stops to get enough staff but it ultimately comes down to people in local areas signing up to work.
