Chifley covers an area of approximately 110 sq km. The main suburbs include Bidwill, Blackett, Blacktown, Dharruk, Doonside, Eastern Creek, Emerton, Glendenning, Hassall Grove, Hebersham, Lethbridge Park, Marsden Park, Minchinbury, Mount Druitt, Oxley Park, Plumpton, Rooty Hill, St Marys, Shalvey, Shanes Park, Tregear, Whalan, Willmot and Woodcroft.
