Important voting information for the 2014 Western Australia Senate election is currently being delivered to over one million Western Australian households.
The Australian Electoral Commission's 'Your official guide to the 2014 WA Senate election' contains practical information on how to correctly complete the white Senate ballot paper, as well as information on how to vote on or before election day.
Australian Electoral Officer for Western Australia, Kathy Mitchell said voters could also access the guide in eight languages or request a copy in a range of accessible formats.
"You can download the MP3, e-text, large print PDF or in-language versions," said Ms Mitchell.
Braille versions are available in hard copy on request by calling 13 23 26. Ms Mitchell said the official guide was just one AEC service undertaken to assist all voters to participate in the WA Senate election.
People wishing to speak to the AEC in another language or who need extra assistance can contact the AEC.
It is compulsory for all Australian citizens 18 years and over enrolled in Western Australia to vote in the 2014 WA Senate election.
