The dynamic Transparency Register (the system) has been restored and is available.
All disclosure data is available within the system. However, PDF versions of disclosure returns remain unavailable at this time. Specific requests for PDF disclosure records can be submitted to fad@aec.gov.au.
Financial disclosure occurs annually on the first working day in February each year. In addition, each federal election and referendum has specific financial disclosure obligations, with returns published after the completion of the electoral event.
Entities who meet certain criteria regarding financial disclosure obligations must be registered. That register of entities is published here along with information regarding election funding claims and enforceable undertakings.
The table below outlines what disclosure obligations each different entity has.

In May 2024 the AEC discovered a privacy issue within the data published on the Transparency Register. The issue related to the postal address of some election candidates being available.
The register was temporarily taken down, and the issue was communicated publicly. The AEC commissioned an external review into the matter. The report was published on 31 July 2024 with 8 recommendations, all of which were accepted by the AEC.
