SECTION A - TITLE OF AGREEMENT, COVERAGE PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

Title and Formal Acceptance of this Agreement and Signatories

This Agreement shall be known as the Australian Electoral Commission Collective Agreement 2007-2010. This Agreement is made under Section 328 of the Workplace Relations Act, 1996. Accordingly, it is an agreement between:

• the Electoral Commissioner;
• the Community and Public Sector Union (CPSU); and
• all Australian Public Service (APS) non-SES employees of the Australian Electoral Commission, excluding those employees covered by Australian Workplace Agreements.
