Gippsland by-election 2008
The by-election for Gippsland is on Saturday 28 June 2008. The by-election will elect a new member to fill a vacancy following the resignation of the Member for Gippsland.
All Australian citizens, aged 18 years and over living in the electorate of Gippsland are required to enrol and vote in the by-election. The deadline for enrolment for the Gippsland by-election was 8pm Tuesday 27 May 2008.

Results will be available shortly after 6pm on election night, Saturday 28 June from the virtual tally room and updates will take place regularly throughout the night. The virtual tally room for the Gippsland by-election will operate until all results are finalised.
