This education resource connects students with important themes in democracy including participation, representation and investigation of developing democracies. For teachers it includes a printed guide with background notes, lesson plans and backline masters and for students there is an interactive CD-ROM to reinforce classroom learnings.

Linked to the National Statements of Learning for Civics and Citizenship, Democracy Rules is designed to engage students to become active, involved citizens.
