The AEC is introducing a portal for organisations to enable you to electronically submit data and documents relating to any industrial election being conducted by the AEC. Examples of types of data you can submit include lists of members, declarations by the Secretary of the organisations and any other documents relating to industrial elections.
The AEC encourages organisations to use this portal as it provides greater data security. In order to preserve the integrity of AEC systems, the AEC will be phasing out the use of digital media such as USBs and CDs to receive data.
To use this portal, organisations must first submit an account request. Instructions for creating an account are available. Once an account is created, you can submit all required data and documents through the portal.
Please note that each state/territory within an organisation will be required to place a separate request to the AEC.
Please ensure the Fair Work Commission decision number is included when submitting data and documents to ensure the correct action is taken by the AEC.
